Quote re-note isn't showing up in notifications

Describe the bug
I've experienced several times, that if someone quote re-notes (similar to quote retweet on X) one of your notes, it isn't showing up in your notifications.

Steps to reproduce
Get someone to quote re-note one of your notes, and verify that the re-noting isn't showing up in notifications in Primal.

Expected behavior
If someone quote re-notes one of your notes, it should definitely show up in your notifications.
