What is the problem?

I have a table with a couple of toggleable fields.
All of the toggles are present. They can be clicked and do update.

The toggle moves left and right. But there is no color.
The background color on the enabled toggle is transparent.

How can this be fixed?

How do you expect it to work?

I would expect it to have a blue background or something similar
