[BUG] Some shader can't be worked with LTW Renderer

Describe the bug

I started Minecraft with LTW Renderer, and I turned on BSL shader. But, It's not worked. Only chocapic13 v6 Low shader worked.

Steps To Reproduce

1.select the renderer to LTW
2.Start Minecraft
3.enable the shader
4.start the map

Expected Behavior

I expect the shader to work well.

Platform

- Device model: SM-G977N
- CPU architecture: Arm64
- Android version: 12
- PojavLauncher version: gladiolus-20250118-c04e3af-v3_openjdk

I know now why Shaders don't work on old Mali and probably old Adreno GPUs with Iris

Because Iris uses GL_ARB_shader_texture_lod on Desktop OpenGL or GL_EXT_shader_texture_lod on OpenGL ES/LTW
Most of the mali gpu phones or old Adreno GPUs don't have support so it has issues with iris use optifine to use shaders
