Windows Release builds don't convert segfaults #2

On Windows Vista with VS2010, it seems to be not converting segfaults in 
Release builds, only floating point (both work in Debug builds).  I'm not sure 
why that is.  I'm using /EHsc in compilation (without it, it doesn't convert 
either, I get Windows Structured Exceptions).
