Webex Bot: Visitor Arrival Notification

Feature: PlaceOS Webex Teams Bot
As a user, when I invite an external visitor I want to be notified of their arrival via the Webex Bot.
As a user, when I receive notification my visitor has arrived, I want to let them know I am coming.
As a user, I want to ask the Webex Bot to find me an available meeting room and book it.
As a user, I want to ask the Webex bot to find me an available desk and book it.

Background:
Given the organisation has installed the PlaceOS Webex Bot Application.
Given the organisation has added the Webex Bot API key to the PlaceOS Driver.
Given the user is signed in and actively using Webex Teams.

Scenario: Visitor Arrival Notification
When the visitor arrives on site and checks in.
Then a message will be sent to the meeting host via Webex Teams to notify them the visitor has arrived.
