Description

If a unit has a shield with Respawn=0, and that shield is fully depleted, then using unit conversion to change the shield into one with Respawn= above 0 will not allow the shield to respawn. Both shields will stay depleted forever.

It will respawn properly if it is depleted when the Respawn= above 0 shield mode is active. It will also respawn if it is switched to the Respawn=0 mode and back to above 0 mode before the respawn timer finishes, but if the timer finishes during the Respawn=0 mode, it will never respawn.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Give a unit with Convert.Deploy different shield depending on their form
  2. Set Respawn=0 to one of the shields
  3. Deplete that shield
  4. Convert the unit to the form with the Respawn>0 shield
  5. The shield does not respawn

Expected behaviour

The shield shoulds start respawning if the unit converts into other mode.

Actual behaviour

The shield does not respawn anymore if it is depleted.
