Chainlink External Adapters to query wBTC custodial address set

Configuration

The adapter takes the following environment variables:

Required?	Name	Description	Options	Defaults to
	MEMBERS_ENDPOINT	wBTC endpoint of members (and their addresses)
	ADDRESSES_ENDPOINT	wBTC endpoint of addresses

Running
