export with transparency

I am wondering if you could add an export function that can keep the transparency in the exported pdf/svg figures.
I tried to use print/saveas/export_fig with no success! even with your code! The pdf/svg output file has no transparency. The FaceColor of the markers become empty, however, the FaceColor of the legend markers is not empty, but it is not transparent.
I am aiming to make a scatter plot with different transparency markers, in this case, the markers will hide each other.
