Rename main module (cubids.cubids) to prevent name collisions #390

I noticed that Sphinx doesn't love how we have the package organized:

WARNING: Summarised items should not include the current module. Replace 'cubids.cubids.CuBIDS' with 'cubids.CuBIDS'. [autosummary.import_cycle]

It might be a good idea to rename the cubids module to something like main or classes or something.
