Currently cubids relies on users to know what sizes of differences are meaningful in TR/TE/etc.

In many cases there will be multiple parameters that vary together when a protocol changes over time. If a user has a bunch of data collected over time, it would be nice to let CuBIDS detect patterns in the parameters and suggest names based on the clusters.
