The register link is written "sign in". It should be written "register". It should state "I forgot my password" and then "register" not "sign in". People assumed they were automatically registered with their ppi address, which is the case for all other apps but congressus apparently. People were confused about how to access this register page: https://congressus.pp-international.net/register.php
