Bug Report : Active Tab Indicator Not Highlighted for "My Organizations"

Describe the bug
The "My Organizations" tab in the sidebar menu does not turn green when active, unlike the "Users" and "Community Profile" tabs, which properly change color to indicate their active state.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1.Open the Talawa Admin Portal.
2.Navigate to the "My Organizations" tab.
3.Observe that the tab does not turn green, even though it is the active tab

Expected behavior
When the "My Organizations" tab is active, it should turn green to match the behavior of the "Users" and "Community Profile" tabs.

Actual behavior
When the "My Organizations" tab is active, it remains its default color and does not visually indicate its active state.
