UI Bug: Misaligned Buttons and Padding Issues in EventHeader

Describe the bug
There are several minor UI bugs in the EventHeader component, including layout inconsistencies and button alignment issues.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
go to manage section in any organisation and then click on events

Expected behavior
The Search Event Name input field and buttons should be aligned consistently.
All buttons should have uniform padding and spacing for better visual alignment.
The overall header should be properly styled to maintain theme consistency.

Actual behavior
The Search button padding is inconsistent, causing visual imbalance.
The dropdown buttons (Month View and Event Type) are not vertically aligned with the input field.
The Create Event button is misaligned compared to other header elements.
