Fix Initial LeftDrawerOrg Visibility on Page Refresh

Describe the bug
LeftDrawerOrg elements are not visible when the page is refreshed/ loaded.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login as Admin
2. Click "Manage" button in any Organisation
3. Observe the issue in Organisation Dashboard

Expected behavior
The elements of LeftDrawerOrg should be visible by default when the page is loaded / refreshed.

Actual behavior
The LeftDrawerOrg elements are not visible. Only when the Drawer is collapsed and reopened the elements are visible.
