Bug: Username shows "undefined undefined" in post modal when trying to compose a post

Describe the bug
Bug : When you try to upload a post, the post does not render the username, instead it shows undefined undefined

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Sign in as a user
2. Go to an org
3. compose a post
4. you'll notice "undefined undefined" in front of the user image

Expected behavior
The title should display the firstname and last name of the person trying to compose the post.

Actual behavior
The title shows "undefined undefined" in front o the image

I have already solved this bug on my local machine and am ready to raise a PR for it.
