Missing src/Makefile.in

[mathomp4]

When I try to configure CLMPI I get the output below. I did run autogen.sh because I have a configure, but it's like it didn't go into src? Any ideas?

Looking around I see: vlm/asn1c#62 and vlm/asn1c#63 which seem similar and had this commit to help: vlm/asn1c@c4edd19

So, I tried adding:

after the AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE([foreign -Wall -Werror]) line in configure.ac and it seems to do the autogen fine then and I can configure and make. But, I have no idea if if affects the results. The examples didn't crash, I guess.
