Command for finding game partners

Similar to #tauschbörse you can say you are interested in playing certain games and SAM stores this information. Then people can make game proposals in the #playdates channel and if you are interested and online, you get a notification that someone wants to play your game.
Example

A: !game interest Team Fortress 2
SAM->A: You are no subscribed for Team Fortress 2

B: !game search partner Team Fortress 2
SAM->B: You are now searching for people to play Team Fortress 2 with.
SAM->A: Hey, B wants to play Team Fortress 2. Message him if you want to play.
