Delete a folder/label created by creating a new column

When adding a new column, Kanmail creates a new folder/label. Fair enough, though after removing the column, the folder/label remains, and I can't remove the folder/label from within the client, I have to do that from the native webmail interface. Tedious.

This bug is stale because it has been open 30 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 5 days.

Apologies for not replying at all here - I like the idea of automating this, although think this needs to be handled cautiously as it could be risky.

As a first step I think having a folder manager somewhere to make this possible within the app would help significantly.
