Still lot of Android 2.1 OS in use. 18.2%

SandroB could be ported to 2.1 with only
NTLM/basic/digest proxy/web support.

SSL client certificates will not work.

Check also how much is to do to make SSL client certificate work.

Works in emulator. Even SSL client certificates are working.
Still to fix:
- crash on Menu -> Clear
- ntlm handshake fails on error unicode not supported
- flash is not working
- ...

If anybody can test on 2.1 device please contact me on [email protected]

changed UnicodeLittleUnmarked -> UTF-16LE
