Help changing output image format

Hi,

Looking at the sdk it seems the camera can output in both RGB and in some YUV formats. I am trying to modify the library to support setting YUV as the output type. I am a bit confused on which settings during init of the camera need to be modified. Do you have any reference on how those values are currently being set compared to the SDK? Happy to release a PR with a proper change after
