Updating Activity Node content forces text/plain #1764

Attempting to update the content inside an activity node;

If I use the setContent() & setContentType() the content is never saved on updateActivityNode(node)
if I use setSummary(), it saves but always results in the content showing as text/plain, which shows in Activities as:

This also appears incorrectly in the Activity Stream
