OpenAM 14 not run after restart

Hi everyone,

I upgraded OpenAM 13 to OpenAM 14, it runs well after I upgraded and do the restart.
But it doesn't run after the second (and third,..) restart. The error says the Configuration Store is not available.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I see that the user for OpenDS was not migrated to the new keystore of OpenAM14. This might be a migration bug.
I have to delete boot.json of OpenAM 14, and use the old file bootstrap of OpenAM13 to start OpenAM14
