After restarting container can't access the login page and back to Basic OpenAM Setup page

I setup Basic OpenAM and log into the console of openam.
But After I restarted the container, I can not log into the console of openam.
docker container stop openam
docker container start openam

It redirects to the Basic OpenAM Configuration page.
Who can help me with this?

You should mount OpenAM configuration volume to your host machine. OpenAM configuration volume defined in OPENAM_DATA_DIR environment variable with default value "/usr/openam/config"

I tried as you mentioned but it did not work. Still got the same result.
What I tried is that I run the docker by the following command.
docker run -d -h openam.example.com -v /root/openam:/usr/openam/config -p 8443:8080 --name openam openidentityplatform/openam

Do you have any data in the mounted volume?

I am using CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core).
Docker container will use root by default so yes, docker has rights to write the directory.

I checked the image and found that the value of OPENAM_DATA_DIR didn't pass to the CATALINA_OPTS.
I don't know the cause yet.

The issue was fixed in the latest Dockerfile:

I downloaded Dockerfile and changed the following lines - add ENV to CATALINA_OPTS Line
Built an image using the changed dockerfile and It worked.
