You can obtain your medical records from the National Health Insurance Service and Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service. Detailed medical records can be obtained from hospitals through a request for a copy of medical records. Add related information to the source.

Recommand 나의건강기록(PHR) mobile application as medical record source. You can obtain laboratory test result, medicine, health checkup results, vaccinations from app and download as pdf with password encrypted. PHR proviedes API to registered organization only so PDF parsing is better approach.
