Support magic metadata #34

This is a whole thing.

But we need to work out a means of supporting magic metadata (dhis2, salesforce) in VSC.

The good news is that we have all the pieces working in Monaco and the CLI. It's just a question of integrating in vscode.

We might need better language support before we can implement this.
