Save & Sync toast message is misleading

When save and sync is initiated in a project, the message shown to the user is that "Save & Sync is successful" but we have just requested a sync and it might fail for some reason. We need to update the message to communicate that the request has been made, and also allow them to click on a link to see the GitHub sync request.

The message should be:

Workflow saved and sync requested. Check GitHub [link to the GitHub actions] for result.
