Select workflow(s) to import from project.yaml/Github

When importing a project from Github or via a project.yaml file, I would love to be able to select the workflows I want in my project rather than importing all the workflows and manually deleting the ones I don't want in my project.

After validating the project.yaml file, I want to:

1. see the list of workflows in the project
2. Select the workflows I want in my project
3. Complete import.
