Unable to use OpenBangla-Keyboard with fcitx5 on Non-NixOS distros

I'm using hyprland which is a Wayland compositor. I followed the instructions here to install OBK. I used fcitx-configtool to add OBK. But when I try to write Bangla, it says in the candidate window that 'OpenBangla Keyboard is not available'. fcitx5 log has these 2 lines:

E2024-02-25 14:42:09.711450 addonloader.cpp:32] Could not locate library openbangla.so for addon openbangla.
I2024-02-25 14:42:09.711767 addonmanager.cpp:191] Could not load addon openbangla

Can anyone help? @mominul ?

This should work for anyone getting errors like mine...
