In the 15-minute data of Germany, is the power generation provided by it the national power generation, or is it specific to a certain region or power plant in Germany?

There is generation data for wind and solar plants for each control area (50Hertz, Amprion, TenneT, TransnetBW) as well as the national aggregate, as specified in the respective columns header.
