Feat: Update "Contact Us" Form - Missing Placeholders and Other Enhancements

Current Behavior:
The "Contact Us" form currently lacks placeholder text inside the input fields and has limited interactive elements, making it harder for users to understand the expected input format. Additionally, some visual and usability improvements are needed for a more intuitive user experience.
