Redesign Navbar, Footer, Outdated Logo, and Bottom Logo

This issue aims to enhance the visual design, functionality, and branding of the website by:

1. Updating the navbar for better navigation and usability.
2. Redesigning the footer to improve aesthetics and readability.
3. Replacing the outdated logo with a modern version.
4. Updating the bottom logo to match the new branding.

@Verma-MK The Navbar in the Dark Mode looks impressive along with the new Logo u have added in the Navbar. Also don't need to remove the other Ajivika Logo ( not in footer one) else everything good. Also before starting doing this work now Check the Latest Deployment the main page has been somewhat changed.
