Feat: Improve Home Page Design

Problem Statement:

The current home page design can be enhanced to provide a better visual appeal and user experience. Both the carousel and the cards on the home page require improvements to align with modern UI/UX practices.

Proposed Enhancements:

1. Carousel Improvements:

   • Add smooth transitions and animations for carousel slides.
   • Include indicators (e.g., dots or progress bars) to show the number of slides.
   • Make the carousel responsive for various screen sizes and devices.
   • Provide controls for pausing or navigating the carousel (e.g., arrows or swipe gestures).
   • Enhance the images and text layout in the carousel to make them visually engaging.

2. Card Design Enhancements:

   • Redesign cards with modern styles, including shadows, rounded corners, and gradients.
   • Optimize typography to improve readability and make the text more attractive.
   • Add hover effects for interactivity (e.g., slight scaling, color changes, or button animations).
   • Ensure cards adapt seamlessly to dark and light modes.
   • Include icons, tags, or additional graphics to make the cards more descriptive.

3. Responsive Design:

   • Ensure that both the carousel and cards are fully responsive for desktop, tablet, and mobile views.

4. Performance Optimization:

   • Optimize images and animations to ensure smooth performance without affecting page load speed.
