Generic.NamingConventions.CamelCapsFunctionName sniffer ensures that public
methods' names do not start with underscore sign but private and protected
methods do.

Вот такой код:

class Foo
{
    protected function _execute()
    {
    }
}

вызывает ошибку: "Protected method name "Foo::_execute" is not in camel caps format"
На вид метод назван верно
