У свойств должен быть док-блок с описанием свойства и типом данных

class Foo
{
    /**
     * Description (required)
     *
     * @var XXX (required)
     */
    protected $_originalStore = null;
}

Squiz.Commenting.VariableComment очень похож, но не то немного. Он требует точку после Description. А это уже слишком 😄
