Good morning
I just tested octoprint in docker container mode.
Today I have a Docker instance on a Proxmox VM and I therefore wanted to use this instance to use octoprint in Docker rather than on my PI3B+.
The deployment of the container went very well and I even installed a webcam very simply.
In my test phase, the Creality Ender 3 Pro printer is connected to the server by a USB cable and a USB extension.
I did a clean installation of octoprint to test already and I just put the Creality 2x temperature reporting fix plugin following the appearance of a message recommending it.
I controlled the printer on the different RAS axes, I heated the nozzle and the bed and after a certain time I had a cut in the heating, more precisely I even disconnecting the printer even though I didn't do anything in particular! I don't remember identical behavior on my PI3B+ instance! I could also forget to turn off the heating and it could stay like that for several hours in permanent heating mode!
So for me this indicates a problem but I don't see what it is. Do you have any ideas or have you ever encountered this type of problem with the printer disconnecting?
At the time of posting, there have been 25 minutes of heating without disconnection.
I don't see anything special in the container logs but if necessary I could provide the file
