PaaS feature

Just an idea, not for the near future: we could set up a PaaS solution.

The aim is to use a simple command to publish any application through an automated tunnel and pipeline to handle DNS and TLS. I guess another project/repo is needed here and a bit of hosting with any cloud provider to provide an endpoint.

I'm not sure this is useful for our needs at Oclock, but for the sake of this project, we can think about it!
