  1. Install nuget in Fedora (v41) in Docker (v27).
  2. Try to run nuget.

From the logs you provided, it appears that the issue might be related to the Mono runtime. Could you confirm if you are running NuGet on Mono?

You could also try running NuGet commands with the dotnet.rexe as an alternative to see if the issue persists. Additionally, running it outside of Docker might help narrow down whether this is environment specific problem.
