Error when running shapr 1.0.0

Hei,
first of all thank you for a great package.

I was trying to get explanations for my gpboost model with grouped features with shapr 1.0.0. I got the following error trying to run it with the following input parameters.

I also tried with xgboost thinking the problem was with my gpboost prediction function but got the same error message.
I am very grateful for any type of help with this issue.

Hi!
Not sure what this is, but I am guessing it has to do with your specific predict_function.
If you can create a fully runnable reproducible example, I can try to take a look.

Hei,
when I was trying to run the example on my local computer, there was no error message anymore. Difference between the local computer and the virtual machine were the R versions with 4.3.1 for the local computer vs 4.2.1 for the virtual machine. I wasn't able to test the code on the VM with 4.3.1. as of yet, but I am guessing that might be the problem.
