Error on initial Libre 2 calibration

I tried with "None" or "Datricsae" for Calibration Plugin and I get the same error on Inital Calibration for Libre 2 which is working with LibreLink App, at least I'm getting readings. I enabled "bypass quality check", "non-Fixed Libre Slopes", "Infrequent calibrations" and the error is the same.

Just want to add up, that all the Libre 1 and 2 I ever used always gave and continue to give readings -40 mg/dL compared to the finger test. So usually when I am 100 mg/dL on my finger it's showing 60 mg/dL on Libre reader/app. That is the case right now.

After many tries I was able to calibrate it but I got a different message:
