use dns challenge not showing provider or token input when editing host and selecting "request new cert" #4222

Describe the bug
when selecting "request new cert" on host that already was in use
i have to toggle "use dns challenge" to show dns provider selection

also after toggling "use dns challenge"
i have to deselect and reselect to show where to put in token

Nginx Proxy Manager Version
v2.12.1

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'hosts'
  2. Click on 'edit host'
    3.Click on 'ssl tab'
  3. select "request new certificate in menu"

observe missing field for dns provider and token

Expected behavior

one more thing.

last used token should be remembered and shown on the token page. not just a sample that looks like a actual token
