Allow process to be killed without shutting down whole app #165

I.e. if someone starts a run then wants to stop it to change parameters, they currently must kill and restart the whole app.

Implementing this feature will require running the analyses in an R subprocess (e.g. callr::r()) that can be started/stopped with separate buttons.
