The NethVoice Wizard fails to save a customer card template created, returning an error message "template not saved" during the saving process.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Access to the NethVoice Wizard
  • Attempt to create a new customer card template
  • Enter the code and preview the template
  • Click the "Save" button

Expected behavior
The template should be saved successfully without errors.

Actual behavior
The system returns an error message "template not saved" and fails to save the created template.

Components
NethServer version 8, NethVoice version (please specify the version if available)

fix: set correct ownership for customer_card volume in entrypoint (#349)

Change the owner of the volume `/var/lib/nethserver/nethcti/templates/customer_card` to `asterisk:asterisk` in the entrypoint.
This ensures the NethVoice wizard can add new customer cards without permission issues.

Test Case 1: Creating a New Customer Card

  • Objective: Verify that the NethVoice wizard can successfully add a new customer card without encountering permission issues.
  • Preconditions:
    • Nethserver 8 is installed.
    • The NethVoice module (stesting version) is installed.
    • The user has the necessary credentials to access the NethVoice wizard.
  • Steps:
    1. Access the NethVoice wizard.
    2. Attempt to create a new customer card.
    3. Fill in the required customer information.
    4. Save the new customer card.
  • Expected Results: The new customer card is successfully created without any permission errors.

Test Case 2: Upgrading NethVoice Module and Creating a New Customer Card

  • Objective: Verify that the NethVoice wizard can successfully add a new customer card after upgrading the NethVoice module to the testing version.
  • Preconditions:
    • Nethserver 8 is installed.
    • The NethVoice module (stable version) is installed.
    • The user has the necessary credentials to access the NethVoice wizard.
  • Steps:
    1. Log in to the Nethserver 8 system with the required credentials.
    2. Upgrade the NethVoice module to the testing version.
    3. Access the NethVoice wizard.
    4. Attempt to create a new customer card.
    5. Fill in the required customer information.
    6. Save the new customer card.
  • Expected Results: The new customer card is successfully created without any permission errors after upgrading the NethVoice module.
