The issue is related to NethLink (NethVoice Web client)
If the user chooses NethLink as the main device and from the NethVoice CTI interface clicks a phone number to call it, the call does not start from NethLink but from WebPhone.
This call has the limitation that it is not possible to use the transfer due to the conflict between the two devices.
However, the user expects it to work correctly.
The solution could be to keep using the chosen device.
If the user has chosen to use NethLink also by clicking to call within NethVoice CTI, the call must be managed by the NethLink device, thus overcoming the limitations of managing two Phone Islands at the same time.
