Tooltip components are not inited automatically

Hi,

While I was using your package, the tooltips, activated from a data-toggle attribute, doesn't appear as expected. I had to manually activate them like so

( "[data-toggle]" ).tooltip();

Are there any mean to init all components at once without my trick ?
