Sidebar no longer hiding in Librewolf

I recently updated librewolf to version 133.0.3-1. I'm on linux mint 22 cinnamon. My version of userchrome toggle extended is 2.0.1. Toggle 1 (sideberry bar) no longer works, but toggle 3 (omnibar) and 2 (right bar) do.

Reproduce the problem:
use above versions
toggle 1 on userchrome
the sideberry bar will not hide. the expected result is for the sideberry bar to hide.
