Regarding global genome sequence alignment using Needleman Wunsch in NVBIO #6

Does NVBIO contain an implementation of global genome sequence alignment using Needleman Wunsch? According to this webpage https://rmcsoftwareinc.wordpress.com/2014/12/25/nvbio-gpu-accelerated-bioinformatics-library/ it does support but i cannot find it in the nvbio current distribution.
