Add missing functionality to QTiledCatalogSelectorDialog

On the milestone-1 branch, add the widgets and functions to handle selecting a Tiled catalog (CatalogOfBlueskyRuns). This can largely be pulled from the napari-tiled widget and/or the QTiledWidget from the basic-1d-plot, and adapted to our new structure.
