Remove direct linking to COM from DATA for wavepostsbs job

What new functionality do you need?

• At present, output files are generated in the wavepostsbs job within the COM directory. To improve efficiency, the output files should be generated in the working DATA directory. Once produced, the output files will be transferred to the COM directory.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

• Remove direct linking of wavepostsbs job output to COMOUT from DATA

Acceptance Criteria

• no output is linked from DATA into COMOUT for the wavepostsbs job
• downstream jobs are triggered without much delay

Suggest a solution (optional)

• remove direct linking to COM directory
• move output files to COM after the file production
