What new functionality do you need?

Please ensure that "acorn" is a fully supported platform.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

If you want support from GDIT staff for debugging issues with this workflow on WCOSS2 systems, the acorn needs to be a fully supported platform.

Acceptance Criteria

The global-workflow compiles on acorn
The global-workflow test suite runs and generates the correct answers on acorn
