Summary

The breadcrumbs has a couple of issues to highlight:

The current link should be un-tapable as user is already on that page. (no underline)
The current link should always be in shot of page and when breadcrumbs reach the right side of page breadcrumbs should become right aligned. (scroll to left to backtrack)
Links should react the same as heading links.

Steps to reproduce

Current index file will showcase the current state.
